TheRaspberry Thermal Imaging 80x62 Camera HAT (25287 ) adds thermal imaging functionality to your Raspberry Pi projects with a 40PIN GPIO connector. It uses an infrared thermal imaging camera that employs a hybrid microbolometer and thermal battery pixel technology and has an 80x62 pixel sensor. It detects the infrared radiation of objects in its field of view, converts the data into the surface temperature of the objects by calculation, and then creates thermal images for further integration into various industrial or intelligent projects or control applications.

The flat cable allows the camera module to be placed outside the expansion board, which provides flexibility in applications and in different projects.
