Welcome to BlackPi. Below you will find our general store policies, which apply to all orders placed on this website. These policies are provided to ensure clarity, transparency and a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a dispatch confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery Information

We offer UK delivery through a range of trusted couriers. Shipping options and costs are shown during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the selected service and destination. For full details, please refer to our Delivery Information page.

Warranty

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all items sold by BlackPi include a standard one-year warranty. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. Accidental damage, misuse or incorrect installation are not covered.

Product Condition

All items sold are brand new, genuine products sourced from official distributors or manufacturers. We do not sell refurbished, used or customer-returned stock unless explicitly stated.

International Orders

International orders are shipped on a DAP (Duties At Place) basis unless otherwise stated. This means that local taxes, duties or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

EU orders up to €150 may be processed under the IOSS scheme, allowing VAT to be charged at checkout where applicable.
