This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how Texonix Ltd t/a BlackPi handles returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and distance selling regulations.

2. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This applies only to unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
3. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days if the item:
- is unused and in original condition;
- is returned with all accessories, cables and packaging;
- is suitable for resale.
Items that cannot be returned
- consumables that have been opened;
- software licences;
- custom or special-order items;
- goods damaged due to incorrect use or wiring.
4. Faulty or defective items
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not working as expected, please contact us within 30 days. We will offer a replacement, repair or refund depending on the nature of the issue and your statutory rights.
5. How returns are processed
Before sending any item back, you must contact us at admin@blackpi.shop.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the product. You will be able to print the label and drop the parcel at a designated return point.
6. Return shipping costs
- Faulty or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
- Unwanted items: a return label may still be provided, but the cost of the return may be deducted from the refund depending on the shipping method selected.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
8. Exchanges
We can exchange an item if it is returned unused and in its original condition. Price differences will be adjusted prior to reshipping.
