Description

TheRaspberry Pi High Quality Camera M12 is based on a Sony IMX477 sensor with a resolution of 12.3 megapixels, a 7.9 mm diagonal sensor size, and a back-illuminated sensor architecture with adjustable back focus. Available with a choice of C/CS or M12 mounts. The M12 mount requires an M12 lens for industrial and commercial applications that require a higher level of image accuracy.

The Raspberry Pi HQ Camera M12 is compatible with all Raspberry Pi series boards.

Compared to the 8-megapixel regular Raspberry Pi camera, the Raspberry Pi High Quality offers up to 12.3 megapixels, as well as nearly 50% more area per pixel, providing a better image effect

Length of the ribbon cable: 200 mm. All Raspberry Pi Zero models require a special Raspberry Pi Zero camera cable, which must be purchased separately. The standard cable supplied with the camera is not compatible with the smaller camera connector of the Raspberry Pi Zero.

The CS mount version of the camera is designed to mount CS mount lenses and, with the included adapter, C mount lenses. The CGL 6mm CS-mount and 16mm C-mount lenses are examples of third-party products that are compatible with this camera; see the step-by-step instructions for installing these CS and C-mount lenses.
