Some products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities, and are eligible for return or exchange only under our Returns Policy. We try to display product colours and images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee your display’s accuracy. We may limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction, limit quantities, change descriptions or pricing, and discontinue products at our discretion. We do not warrant that products, services or information will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.
6. Billing & Account Information
We may refuse any order, or limit/cancel quantities per person, household or order (including orders under the same account, card, or billing/shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided. We may restrict orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed. We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. We are not liable for your use of such tools. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. We may introduce new features or services in future; they will also be subject to these Terms.

We may monitor, edit or remove content we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, otherwise objectionable, or that violates intellectual property or these Terms. You agree your comments will not violate any rights of others, and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material, viruses or malware. From time to time there may be information on the site or Service containing typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct, update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without notice (including after an order is submitted). In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BlackPi and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
16. Termination
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination. These Terms apply unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by notifying us you no longer wish to use our Services or when you stop using the site. If we believe you have breached any term, we may terminate at any time without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date; we may also deny access to the Services.
17. Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies or operating rules posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlackPi and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
