The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5 ) is a modern module that brings the performance of the Raspberry Pi 5 into the compact form factor of the previous generation CM4.

It includes a quad-core Arm Cortex-A76 processor, two 4Kp60 HDMI outputs, Gigabit Ethernet, and an optional wireless module with Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth. Various RAM and eMMC flash memory options are available. This allows the Compute Module 5 to integrate the capabilities of the Raspberry Pi 5 into your own designs and devices.

Compared to the CM4, the new CM5 has an expanded set of I/O interfaces, which opens up more opportunities for creating products and applications. A version without eMMC memory ("Lite") is also available.

The Compute Module 5 retains the same form factor as the CM4, with two 100-pin, high-density connectors.

WARNING. CM5 is not compatible with CM4 backplanes due to the changed pinout.
