IQaudio Codec Zero HAT

TheIQaudio Codec Zero expansion card is designed to fit the Raspberry Pi Zero board. It transmits bi-directional digital audio signals (I2S) between the Raspberry Pi Zero and its built-in Dialog Semiconductor DA7212 codec. The Codec Zero supports a range of input and output devices, from the built-in MEMS microphone to external mono-electret microphones and 1.2W, 8 ohm mono speakers.

This board is ideal for applications such as a walkie-talkie, smart doorbell, vintage radio, or smart speaker.

The IQaudio Codec Zero has GREEN (GPIO23) and RED (GPIO24) LEDs that can be used to display status and a tactile button (GPIO27) that can be used to trigger an event.
