Arduino MKR Therm Shield / ASX00012
We do not store credit card details.
The Arduino MKR Therm Shield is an expansion board for the MKR platform that allows you to measure temperature using a thermocouple and a DS18S20 digital sensor. The board has two connectors that allow you to connect a K-type thermocouple to it both with a specialized connector for quick replacement and with conventional wires. The data from the thermocouple is digitized by a specialized MAX31855 chip and transmitted to the microcontroller via the SPI interface. The DS18S20 digital sensor is soldered directly to the PCB and has a 1-wire interface.
The developers of this expansion board have already written their own library to read the data from the thermocouple.
