Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 Dual Gigabit Ethernet 5G/4G Mini-Computer (21108 ) is a kit that consists of a Dual Gigabit Ethernet 5G/4G Base Board with 5G/4G communication and a specialized metal case with a fan, which allows you to assemble a full-fledged microcomputer based on the Raspberry Pi CM4 compute module (the compute module itself is not included in this kit). This kit allows you to create industrial-grade projects, including stereo vision projects, using the Raspberry Pi.

An optional communication module is required to enable the 5G/4G/3G/2G cellular network function, recommended: SIM7600G-H-M.2, SIM8202G-M2, SIM8200EA-M2. The base board is compatible with communication modules with M.2 B KEY interface.

Thanks to the wall-mount design, it can be easily mounted on almost any surface.

The base board and the computing module are protected by a robust two-piece metal housing. The case has openings for all major interfaces, including an external antenna (antenna not included). A cooling fan is built into the case for better heat transfer.

For your convenience, all places for external interfaces are labeled.

- STA red: module power on indicator
- NET green: module operating status indicator

- OFF: CM4 will boot from an eMMC or Micro SD card

14. Nano-SIM card slot supports a standard Nano-SIM card for 5G/4G/3G/2G communication
15. Micro SD card slot for connecting a Micro SD card with a pre-recorded image (Lite version ONLY)
16. RTC battery holder supports CR2032 battery type
17. RTC interrupt configuration
- PI-RUN: CM4 will reboot after RTC interrupt
- GL-EN: CM4 power down due to RTC interrupt
- D4: D4 pin is triggered by RTC interrupt (default)
18. The IO-VREF selection sets the CM4 IO logic level to 3.3V (default) or 1.8V
19. Selection of the fan power supply: 12 V (default) or 5 V
20. Selecting the RTC/FAN I2C bus
- SDA0/SCL0: I2C-10 in conjunction with CSI/DSI (default)
- GPIO3/2: I2C-1 together with 40PIN connector
