Arduino MKR FOX 1200 is a board based on the Atmel SAMD21 and ATA8520 SigFox module. The board was designed specifically to simplify the connection of SigFox. It is especially useful for those who have not yet encountered this type of connection.
The first and most important feature is that the board can be powered by two 1.5V AA and AAA batteries, in addition to the standard 5V external power supply. Switching from one source to another is automatic.
This model is equipped with good computing power, it also has a rich set of I/O interfaces and energy-efficient SigFox communication function.
In addition, ARDUINO offers its own Arduino Software development environment, which greatly simplifies the entire time-consuming programming process.
All of the above makes this platform the best for creating new battery-powered IoT projects.
