TheRaspberry Pi Pico SIM7080G NB-IoT HAT (20036) expansion board is an NB-IoT (Narrowband Internet of Things), Cat-M (also known as eMTC, Machine Type Communication) and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) module for the Raspberry Pi Pico. It supports multiple NB-IoT frequency bands, can be controlled by serial AT commands, and supports communication protocols such as HTTP/MQTT/LWM2M/COAP, etc. With the advantages of low latency, low power consumption, low cost, and wide coverage, it is an ideal choice for IoT applications such as smart tools, asset tracking, remote monitoring, etc.

Example of use
When connected to the Internet via SIM7080G, the Raspberry Pi Pico will be able to send data to a cloud server via MQTT protocol, allowing users to monitor the Pico in real time via a smartphone app or web page.
