TheRaspberry Pi Compute Module 4 Aluminum Heatsink (19623 ) is the easiest solution for cooling your Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 CM4. The heatsink is made of anodized aluminum alloy and in addition to cooling properties, it will also add a bit of aesthetics to the CM4. The shape of the fins allows for efficient heat dissipation without the use of forced ventilation.

The heatsink is mounted on the standard mounting holes of the compute module using the mounting hardware (included in the package).
The radiator has a special cutout on one of its sides that provides convenient access to the antenna socket:

Installation procedure:
1. Attach the thermal tape to the CM4, fasten the nuts and racks to the radiator.

2. If you are using the compute module separately, secure the heatsink to the standoffs with short screws as shown in the following figure

3. If the compute module is used on the Compute Module 4 IO Board or Compute Module 4 PoE Board, attach the racks with nuts and secure to the board with arubber gasket and long screws:
